About Me
In 2019 my mom and I made vision boards for the first time. We just moved to Colorado from Ohio and we were starting brand new so we decided what we wanted our new year to be in our new place. My mom told me I could put anything on my vision board that I would love to happen in the future. The first thing I did was look for a picture of the Eiffel Tower in Paris because I always wanted to see Paris, I mean after all, my name is Paris, it only makes sense! I added a few soccer balls because I love soccer and I want to always play. I added a few other places I want to travel to, like Barcelona, New York, and LA, but my biggest dream is to go to Paris.
In 2023 my Uncle sent my mom information about a soccer program where you go to camp for a week and if you excel and do really well, then the camp selects you for an opportunity to spend a week in Paris and train at the Paris Saint-Germain academy. I was so excited for this chance because not only will I get to go to Paris if I was selected, but I will also be playing my favorite sport!
Well, guess what?!... This past summer I went to the camp and I actually got selected to go! I was soooo excited! So was my mom, my dad, my Uncle, and my whole family, but I could see their expressions change when they saw the price. It is really expensive, but my mom said we would do whatever we have to do so I can live out my dream.
I really want to go but I need to raise $10,000 to be able to pay for the program and flights for me and my mom. One day when I'm a famous soccer player, I will be able to afford it, but for now, we need a little support. If you can donate, anything helps.
